Being acid and alkaline resistant, our terpene tackifier resins have excellent compatibility to elastomers and base polymers, and are indispensable components of various types of adhesive systems. Terpene based tackifier resins are designed to conform to end uses by controlling compatibility to the base polymers by means of homo-polymerization of terpenes or co-polymerization of terpene and other hydrocarbons giving much advantage in versatility compared to petroleum based tackifier resins. Base polymers used for adhesive systems are also required to be environmentally friendly, energy conservative, higher application speed and high performance.
