Nipol 1001LG Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Nipol 1001CG is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile of high oil resistance. Excellent oil and fuel resistance. Has controlled cement viscosity, useful in adhesives. Similiar to above. May be dissolved directly to obtain solutions in solvent Nipol 1001LG is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with very high oil resistance. Its properties are similar to those of Nipol 1001CG with the exception that: a) no milling is required for ungelled cements; and b) non-polymer constituents have been designed so as not to interfere with adhesion. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides very high fuel and oil resistance. Used in adhesives.
