Nipol 1022X59 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Precrosslinked to provide low nerve and minimum die swell in extruded goods. Excellent as a compounding ingredient in PVC and ABS Nipol 1022X59 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with medium oil resistance. Sufficient antioxidant is added during manufacture for normal storage conditions. This product also has improved UV stabilization. Precrosslinked butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides medium oil resistance, improved UV stabilization, and low nerve and minimum die swell in extruded goods. Used in adhesives.
