The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Excellent fuel and water resistance. Very low corrosion to metals. Nipol 1031 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with very high oil resistance. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides very high fuel, oil and water resistance and very low corrosion to metals. Used in adhesives.
