The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Well suited for graphic arts, rolls, and other rubber products requiring high durability. Nipol 1042 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with medium oil resistance. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides medium oil resistance and high durability. Used in adhesives.
