Nipol 1051 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Nipol 1041 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with very high oil resistance. Polymerized at low temperatures to give better processing. Provides good tack for rolls and belting Easy processing version of Nipol 1041 with similiar properties. Widely used in the petroleum industry. Nipol 1051 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with very high oil resistance. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer polymerized at low temperatures. Provides very high oil resistance, easy processing and good tack for the petroleum industry. Used in adhesives.
