Nipol 1053 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Nipol 1053 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with medium oil resistance. Used where low-temperature and good mold flow are required. Easier processing than Nipol 1043. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides medium oil resistance, very good processing, low-temperature and good mold flow. Used in adhesives.
