Nipol 1092-80 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Provides a good blend of tack, physical properties and water resistance Nipol 1092-80 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with medium oil resistance. Sufficient non-staining antioxidant is added during manufacture for normal storage conditions. Nipol 1092-80 is also highly water resistant and non-corrosive to metal. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Provides medium oil resistance, good blend of tack, good physical properties, high water resistance and non-corrosive properties to metals. Used in adhesives.
