Nipol DN4555 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. High ACN for balance of low-temperature, fuel resistance and low fuel permeability. Nipol DN4555 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with extremely high fuel and oil resistance. Sufficient non-staining antioxidant is added during manufacture for normal storage conditions. Butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. Possesses high ACN level. Provides very high fuel, oil and low-temperature resistance. Used in adhesives.
