Nipol N624B Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Medium viscosity/medium resistance to fuels and oils. Specialty grade for extruded/calendered flat goods, sponge, hose and belting. Well suited for mill mixing. Low water swell. Nipol N624B is a cold polymerized, butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer of intermediate viscosity. This general-purpose polymer combines superior physical properties and solvent resistance. Butadiene and acrylonitrile cold polymerized copolymer. Possesses medium mooney viscosity. Provides low water swell, medium resistance to fuels and oils, very good physical properties and solvent resistance, good flow and fast cure. Used in adhesives for industrial and automotive applications.
