Nipol N926 Acrylonitrile / Butadiene polymer 9003-18-3 Zeon Chemical Rubber - Elastomer >> Butadiene-acrylonitrile / Nitrile rubber, NBR ADHESIVE Zeon's wide range of NBR elastomers are generally catagorized by the ACN and Mooney Viscosity. The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. Nipol N926 is a cold polymerized, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer of low acrylonitrile content. Medium-high viscosity/low ACN for calendered/extruded hose and belting, transfer and compression molded goods requiring oil resistance and +125°C to -65°C service. Specialty grade targets aviation and arctic service applications. Low water swell. Butadiene and acrylonitrile cold polymerized copolymer. Possesses low acrylonitrile content, medium-high mooney viscosity. Provides low water swell, oil resistance and broad operating service. Used in adhesives.
