The higher ACN levels have better chemical resistance but poorer low temperature properities. The lower ACN levels will have higher swell in oils and fuels, but improved low temperature flexibility. High performance injection molding. Very low mold fouling. Low viscosity for accepting high filler loadings. Low ACN for use in extreme low-temperature service. Applications include artic/aviation O-rings and seals. Fast cure rate, very high resilience. Nipol N984B is a cold polymerized, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer. Butadiene and acrylonitrile cold polymerized copolymer. Possesses low ACN and low mooney viscosity for accepting high filler loadings.
