François Bauduin, VP Adhesives & Sealants
|

|
As
VP, François is responsible for business development and
growth of SpecialChem's adhesives and sealants platform.
He brings to the company both a high level of technical
expertise and a strategic vision of the industry. François
has 12 year experience at Bostik Findley, world's second
largest adhesives manufacturer. After obtaining a MS in Polymer
Chemistry from Department of Polymer Science of the University
of Strasbourg, he joined CECA Adhesives – one of the merged
companies that gave birth to Bostik Findley - in 1992 as a
formulation engineer and then as R&D manager.
He then joined the Bostik findeley Marketing Leadership team
in charge of the Packaging Market.
François holds an Engineering Degree in Polymer Science
from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a Master Degree
in Physical Chemistry.

Bernard Hasson, Chief Executive Officer, Founder

As
Chief Executive Officer, Bernard Hasson brings to the
company his strong background in chemicals industry, business
development and management. His efforts are focused on
increasing human capital and business & partnership
development. Before founding SpecialChem, Bernard Hasson
spent 8 years with Elf Atochem where he led an active
international career. He began his career in Germany where
he was in charge of technology watch and environmental
communication. Subsequently he managed the business development
of plastics in the emerging countries of Central Europe.
Then, as Project Manager, he was in charge of the creation
of a petrochemical plant in Poland.
Bernard holds a MBA from H.E.C. Business School and speaks
five languages fluently.

Christophe Cabarry, Chief Operating Officer, Founder

As
Chief Operating Officer, Christophe Cabarry brings to
SpecialChem unique international strategic vision of the
chemical industry as well as top level connections based
on his 8-year industry experience. He is in charge of
investor relations and partnerships at SpecialChem. He
developed particular competences in strategic planning,
organisation and customer support. Christophe Cabarry
began his career with Elf Atochem, as Supply Chain Manager
in a new compounding plant in Eastern Germany. Then he
was in charge of implementing the commercial and industrial
strategy of Elf Atochem Vinyl Division in Central and
Eastern Europe. Two years before founding SpecialChem,
Christophe Cabarry was appointed to the department of
strategic planning at Elf Atochem. He was in charge of
competition watch, evaluating industrial investments as
well as international M&A opportunities.
Christophe Cabarry holds a Master Degree from the Ecole
Centrale de Paris and an MBA from the ESC Toulouse Business
School. He speaks four languages fluently.

Vincent Cadoret, VP Engineering

Vincent Cadoret
has strong experience in information technology, including
artificial intelligence, information retrieval, search
engines technology and project management. He is in charge
of the technological division of SpecialChem.
Vincent Cadoret began his career by leading a research
project on utterance analysis in a dialog system. As Product
Manager, he managed a team in order to develop terminology
and nomenclature builder with Lexiquest, a company with
20 years experience in the area of natural language processing
for search engines. In 1997 he joined Dalet, (a global
provider of professional software for traditional and
new media broadcasters), as project manager for multimedia
broadcasting.
