MUMBAI, India --
RenewSys started production of CONSERV EVA Encapsulant at its Bangalore facility in India some time back. The manufacturing process uses proven German technology. The product is under evaluation at TUV and already tested to be found complying by UL (subject to Initial Production Inspection). Certification from both organizations is expected shortly.
CONSERV EVA Encapsulant is manufactured combining its knowledge of material science with special 'OS' manufacturing technology, which enables CONSERV to have no induced stresses and thermal memory resulting in extremely low thermal shrinkage. The uniquely formulated CONSERV Encapsulant melts at a relatively lower temperature making the lamination process easy to handle, energy efficient and productive. CONSERV has a special surface texture which enables it to be shipped and stored without masking film.
CONSERV A 360 - 14 FC is a fast curing, UV and weather stable EVA Encapsulant having UV cut-off wavelength at 360nm. It can be used for all crystalline silicon and many thin film based module constructions.
RenewSys will also be starting manufacture of Backsheet by Q1 13.
