Bookbinding
In the Bookbinding industry, hot-melts, water-based adhesives and polyurethane adhesives
are widely used. Hot-melts and water-based adhesives for most classical applications,
polyurethanes for specific heat resistance requirements (travel guides for example)
or for high quatity collection books.
The formulation of these adhesives requires products with superior ageing properties
and high color stability (as most formulations are white) provided by the use of
antioxidants .
