Labeling is a high throughput application where any increase in application speed may represent a gain in productivity, and so in profitability.
Such a productivity improvement can be summarized by running faster automatic labeling machines or similar processes.
One of the characteristic to play with, in an adhesive formulation, can be the tack.
Dynasol latest development leads to this improvement, making the tack properties allowed by Solprene® 4302, faster than conventional commercial polymer reference. (focus on the last column).

Lower adhesive viscosity is another strong argument in favor of the adoption of Solprene® 4302 to increase the productivity level.

The value of the latest Styrene butadiene copolymer of Dynasol lays further than just the productivity increase:
- Adhesive/Cohesive optimal balance performance
- Extended tackifying resin compatibility
- Cohesively/low to medium viscosity excellent balance
