    Attending a WebSeminar is time-efficient! It lasts approx. one hour, Q&A session included.
  • What are prerequisites to attend a WebSeminar?
    (1) Register online via a short registration form.

    (2) Have a computer with an Internet connection and a phone line.

    (3) Test that your computer supports the LiveMeeting Console:
    Your computer needs to download several plug-ins. SpecialChem strongly recommends to check and test that your computer supports all necessary plug-ins when you receive the first confirmation e-mail.
  • How can I verify that my computer is configured for access to the WebSeminar?
    (1) To confirm that your computer is configured for access to the event, please click on the link that will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after your registration. Enter your name (no meeting key required), then click "Join Now".

    (2) Wait about 30 seconds until slide demonstration starts. If it does not start, but you are prompted to install, then choose: "Install the Windows-based Live Meeting Console". Install the file when prompted, and you will be connected to the slide demonstration.

    (3) If your computer does not allow you to install in Step B, then choose the option "Use the Web-based Meeting Console".

  • Can I interact live with the expert?
    - Yes. At the end of each presentation, a "Questions and Answers Session" is organized for you to ask your questions directly to the presenter.

    - If the presenter has no time left to answer your questions live, you can ask them by using the Q&A facility. The presenter will then have the possibility to answer them by e-mail after the meeting.
  • Can I get a copy of the presentation after the meeting?
    Yes. After the meeting, you will receive instructions by e-mail to access the presentation on the Web site.
  • I missed or couldn't attend the WebSeminar, so how can I view it?
    Yes. Visit at any time the WebSeminars Zone and go at the bottom of the page: "Check out our past WebSeminars".
    You'll find here the list of Past WebSeminars. You can access for free the slides of the presentation and interact with the speaker via a specific form.
